Trademark Evidence
A Trademark Statement of Use (SOU) is required when filing a trademark under an "Intent to Use" application. It proves that your trademark is actively being used in commerce. To complete the SOU, you must provide evidence of use, such as product photos, labels, or website screenshots showing the trademark in association with the goods or services listed in your application. If you're not yet using your trademark, extensions are available, giving you up to 36 months (in 6 month increments) from the notice of allowance to begin use.
If you have more than one class, please add the appropriate quantity at checkout.
Trademark Renewals are essential to maintain your registration. For U.S. trademarks, the first renewal occurs between the 5th and 6th year after registration, requiring proof of continued use. Subsequent renewals are due every 10 years. Staying compliant with these deadlines ensures your trademark remains protected.
